We collect your name and email, the business records you enter (customers, suppliers, invoices, bank transactions), payroll records including employee details, and device and browser information for security purposes.
3. Employee Data
Where you process payroll, you remain responsible for the employee personal data you enter; AccountMi processes it on your behalf solely to provide the service.
4. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to provide accounting and payroll functionality, improve the service, and communicate important updates. Every entry is protected by access controls and recorded in an audit trail.
5. Data Sharing
We do not sell or share your data with third parties. Supabase is used as our database provider under strict data processing terms, with encryption in transit and at rest.
6. Data Retention
Your data is retained as long as your account is active. You may export your records or request deletion at any time.
7. Your Rights under PDPA
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your personal data.

We use minimal cookies for authentication only.
