By using AccountMi, you agree to these terms.
2. Description of Service
AccountMi is cloud accounting and payroll software for record-keeping, invoicing, bank reconciliation, payroll processing and financial reporting. It does not constitute professional accounting, tax or legal advice.
3. User Responsibilities
Users are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of data entered, for keeping login credentials secure, for managing staff access appropriately, and for reviewing and submitting their own statutory filings (LHDN, KWSP, PERKESO) through the relevant official channels.
4. Disclaimer
Reports, payslips and statutory figures are generated from the data you enter. Verify all figures before relying on them for filings or financial decisions.
5. Limitation of Liability
AccountMi is not liable for penalties, losses, errors or omissions resulting from use of the platform or from inaccurate data entered by users.
6. Account Security
Keep your credentials confidential. Organisation owners are responsible for the access they grant to staff and for deactivating staff who leave.
7. Prohibited Use
No scraping, reverse engineering, or use for illegal purposes.
8. Termination
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms. You may export your data at any time before closing your account.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia.
